What do you need help with?
Search by what you are trying to do. The Help Centre is written for people using SenvoAI — not for server setup or developer configuration.
✦Getting startedStart a chat, type a message and choose a suggestion⌄
Select New chat, type in the message box and press Enter to send. On desktop, Shift+Enter adds a new line. Starter suggestions can help you continue a previous topic or begin something new.
The greeting on an empty chat can change between new chats, but it stays stable while you are on that empty chat.
☰Sidebar & navigationOpen the menu on mobile or desktop⌄
On mobile, tap the visible Menu/sidebar button in the top-left. You can also swipe right starting from the very left edge of the screen. Close the sidebar with its close button, by tapping the dimmed area outside it, or by swiping left while it is open.
On desktop/laptop, use the top-left sidebar button to collapse or reopen navigation. The sidebar contains New chat, Search chats, Library, Projects, Scheduled, Plugins, pinned/recent chats and the account menu.
◎Region, currency & locationCountry, local money and nearby-place requests⌄
The first time a signed-in account uses this version, SenvoAI asks you to choose a country. It automatically selects the matching local currency and saves the choice to your account.
Change it later in Settings → Region & location. You can also enter a town, city, postcode or ZIP, or press Use my current location. A saved location helps questions such as “nearest high school” work across devices without asking you for the city every time.
Country is required for regional currency. Precise location is optional and is only stored when you explicitly provide or select it.
◫Chats & conversation historyTitles, rename, archive, delete, branches and retries⌄
Your normal chats appear in the sidebar and can be searched by title or message content. Automatic titles summarise the conversation topic; a title you manually rename stays as your custom title.
Archive hides a chat without deleting it. Delete removes it according to the service's deletion behaviour. Editing an earlier message or regenerating a response can create another branch so the original path is not silently rewritten.
Press Stop to end a response early. The partial answer remains visible rather than being marked as a complete response.
◎Web search & sourcesCurrent information, citations and source checking⌄
Ask normally for current information, or say things like “search the web”, “look this up” or “check current sources”. SenvoAI can search when fresh external information would improve the answer.
When sources are available, citation markers appear beside supported claims. Open the Sources view to inspect the source title, publisher or website and original link. For important information, open the original source and check the details yourself.
If no trustworthy result is available, SenvoAI should say that instead of inventing a source.
◈Thinking & answer qualityLow, Medium, High and unfinished replies⌄
Low is best for quick everyday questions, Medium balances speed and care, and High is intended for harder multi-step work. Status labels such as Thinking, Searching the web or Reading sources describe the current phase, not private internal reasoning.
If a response is unexpectedly interrupted, use Retry. When SenvoAI can detect a normal cut-off, it may continue the same answer automatically instead of switching topics.
▧Files, images & LibraryUpload, analyse, preview, reuse and remove files⌄
Use the attachment button to add a supported file or image, then ask a specific question about it. Images can be used for screenshots, diagrams, worksheets and visual questions when image understanding is available.
Library is for files you want to keep and reuse. A chat attachment and a Library item are not always the same thing, so remove files from the place where they are stored if you no longer want them.
If an upload fails, check that the file type and size are supported, then try again.
▣ProjectsKeep related chats, files and instructions together⌄
Projects group related conversations, reusable files and project instructions in one workspace. Use project instructions for guidance that should apply across chats in that project, rather than repeating it in every message.
◉Voice, dictation & CallMicrophone permissions, voices and transcripts⌄
Allow microphone permission when prompted, then make sure the correct input device is selected in your browser or device settings. Voice availability can vary by browser and device.
Depending on the feature, you can change voice, playback speed or pitch, mute the microphone, listen again and view or copy the transcript. If the microphone does not work, check browser permissions first.
◷Scheduled tasks & remindersOne-time, recurring and condition-based tasks⌄
A scheduled task needs both what should happen and when. You can create one-time reminders, recurring tasks and condition watches when those features are available.
The Scheduled page shows saved tasks and their status. You can pause, resume, edit or delete them. A scheduled task runs only while the SenvoAI service that owns it is available.
◇Memory & personalizationRemember useful context without forcing one speaking style⌄
Conversation context helps SenvoAI follow references such as “that one” or “continue”. Longer-term memory is separate and can hold useful preferences or recurring context when the feature is enabled.
Your newest clear instruction takes priority. If you normally use a casual style but ask for a formal email, the answer should be formal. Temporary Chat is designed not to use long-term memory for that session.
⌁Chat, Study, Research, Work & TemporaryChoose the experience that fits what you are doing⌄
Chat is for normal conversation. Study focuses on learning and checking understanding. Research prioritises evidence and sources. Work focuses on completing a concrete outcome. Temporary keeps the session out of normal chat history and avoids long-term memory.
⌘Formatting, code & writing blocksMarkdown, Copy, Edit and reusable drafts⌄
Replies can include headings, lists, tables, inline code and larger code blocks. Code blocks preserve line breaks and indentation and include actions such as Copy. Writing blocks separate reusable drafts from the surrounding explanation.
Displayed code is not automatically executed just because it appears in a code box.
♢Account, sign-in & securityAccess your workspace and keep it protected⌄
Keep your sign-in details private and use the account that owns the chats or files you want to access. If sign-in fails, check your internet connection, browser cookies and any verification step shown on screen, then try again.
Never share passwords or verification codes in a chat message. If you notice unexpected activity, sign out and contact the person or organisation operating your SenvoAI installation.
◌Privacy & data controlsHistory, files, permissions and Temporary Chat⌄
Normal chats can be stored so you can return to them. Temporary Chat is designed for a session that is not added to normal chat history. Files, projects and memories have their own controls and may need to be removed separately.
Optional permissions such as microphone or location are requested when the related feature needs them. For more detail, read the Privacy page.
!Something isn't workingSimple troubleshooting without technical setup steps⌄
First, make sure your message or draft is saved. Then try Retry, check your internet connection, refresh the page once, and try the same action again. If a permission-based feature is failing, check the browser's permission settings.
If only one chat looks wrong, try a new chat to see whether the problem is conversation-specific. If the issue continues, use Help → Report a bug and describe what you expected, what happened and the steps that reproduce it.
⌨Accessibility & keyboardText size, contrast, reduced motion and shortcuts⌄
Settings include text-size, contrast and reduced-motion options. Interactive controls use keyboard focus styles and are designed to work without relying only on colour.
Ctrl/Cmd+K opens the command palette, Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+O starts a new chat, and Shift+Enter adds a new line in the message box.
▧Image & video generationCreate media, refine it and make another version⌄
Ask directly, for example “Create an ultra-realistic city at night” or “Make a video of an electric bus driving through Liverpool.” If media generation is connected, SenvoAI sends the request to the configured media provider and saves successful results to your Library.
Follow-ups such as “make another version”, “change it to a Nissan GT-R” or “make it more realistic” keep the previous media idea as context instead of starting from an unrelated subject.
◉NotificationsTask results, unread alerts and browser permission⌄
The bell shows unread SenvoAI notifications. When browser notifications are enabled in Settings and permission is granted, new scheduled-task results can also appear as system notifications while SenvoAI is open.
If alerts do not appear, check the browser and operating-system notification permissions, then make sure the scheduled task itself is enabled.
✦PersonalizationTyping speed, message width, tone, fonts and greetings⌄
Personalization controls how the interface and responses feel without changing the facts of an answer. You can adjust response tone, warmth, emoji level, font, contrast, reduced motion, streaming speed, message width and greeting style.
A direct instruction in your newest message still takes priority over a general style preference.
↑Plans & limitsFree, Plus, Pro and operator access⌄
Plans can change how many projects, scheduled tasks and memories you can keep, how much conversation context is used, how many web sources are considered and whether deeper reasoning modes are available.
Connected third-party AI or media services can still have their own quotas even when a SenvoAI plan includes the feature.
↗Report a problemSend useful feedback when a bug keeps happening⌄
Open the in-product Help menu and choose Report a bug. Include a short description, what you were doing, what you expected and what actually happened. Avoid including passwords, verification codes or other private credentials.
